Where delivery is offered, we deliver to a restricted area based on our store location
Any delivery times quoted are estimates, and are subject to conditions beyond our control
Delivery may be withdrawn or refused at any time
Hours available for delivery are normally less than our trading hours
Delivery drivers carry up to £10 in change. Please try and have correct payment if at all possible. Payment is only accepted in UK Pounds Sterling
Where any order has not been pre-paid, only cash is accepted on delivery
Ordering and Refund Policy
Your order is binding. If someone else made the Booking on your behalf, you agree that such person acted as your agent.
If you need to make any amendments to your order, please contact the store. Amendments are not always possible and are at the manager discretion
Cancellations will be charged in full if the order has already been cooked. Please contact the store by phone for more information
All products are subject to availability. If any item is out-of-stock the store manager will contact you and offer an alternative
Minimum order values may apply for delivery, credit card use, and for online ordering
Some products may contain nuts, gluten, and other ingredients which some people are allergic to. There is risk that any of our products may contain traces of these. If you suffer from any food allergens, please contact the store before placing any order and go through your requirements.

We hold names, various contact details, and order history on our systems in order to provide our services. By ordering with us - you agree to us holding this information and using it to provide you with services or offers. We do not hold credit card or bank details

Where customer reviews are offered, reviews are made public. You are not permitted to use offensive or racist language, or intentionally cause offence. Constructive criticism is always welcome to improve our service
We hold customers names, contact details and addresses where supplied online or for delivery purposes along with any order details in order to complete our transactions. These details may be stored to allow sales analysis over time. We may contact you relating to any questions with your order, or any offers which we think may be suitable for you. We do not hold any credit card details anywhere on any of our systems. All orders are over secure (https) connections and payments are handled entirely by third party companies who are fully PCI compliant
